We had such a great experience with All Paws Loft when purchasing our mini daschund, Gino 🐾

From the first time we saw his photo, and when we finally met him and interacted with him in the store, he completely melted our hearts.

Almost one week at home, Gino has been a wholesome, loving little companion to our family. He’s healthy, well behaved, affectionate, and already feels like he’s always belonged with us.

Alexandra from All Paws Loft patiently shared helpful tips, guidance, and reassurance before and after the purchase. She shared photos and information of Gino’s DNA-tested parents, arranged for the final core vaccine and medical check up to get the latest vet certificate. She even helped with the nail clipping and ear cleaning, which we really appreciated.

The store itself was clean, well organized, and clearly follows good hygiene practices. The puppies are happy and well cared for.

Alexandra also checked on us after we brought the puppy home and gave us some puppy care advices.

Had a really great experience with this pet shop and Alex. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process.

What really impressed me is that they only bring in four puppies at a time, which means each puppy receives plenty of attention, proper care, socialization and early training. During my visit, all the puppies looked very healthy, active and friendly, and you could really tell they were raised in a good environment. I immediately decided to reserve one of the mini dachshunds.

Alex also explained that before bringing her home, they will help with separation training, potty training and feeding schedule training so that the puppy can transition into her new home more smoothly. As a first-time dog owner, this gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a responsible and caring breeder/pet shop!

We got 2 Scoland Terrier puppies (Westie x Scottish Terrier) from All Paws Loft — they were specially sourced by Alex from Aussie as this was our dream breed.

You can tell Alex has the industry experience, her own high ethical standards when dealing with breeders/agents, and is also very easy to communicate with — prompt replies and regular updates.

It amazed me that Alex worked so hard to look for the breed we wanted instead of right-up telling us it’s not possible or charging an insane, hefty fee like other pet shops quoted. I know that sourcing them was not easily done!

The puppies arrived in SG healthy and happy. They were well socialised during their time in Aussie with regular vet check ups and prepped before the flight.

Although there was a hiccup in the initial export, Alex navigated the situation professionally, quickly, and got Snowy and Watson home to us. We are grateful for this!
